You can request a return or a product/size swap within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Due to hygienic reasons, skincare and cosmetic items can only be returned or exchanged if they were received damaged or if an incorrect item was delivered.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email with your Order ID and a brief photo/video of the product.

Our team will provide you with the return warehouse address.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your exchange parcel will be dispatched, or your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 48 working hours.
